About the company
Debra Bryant, MSW, M.Ed., Licensed Special Education Teacher
With over 35 years of experience serving children and families, including 13 years in North Carolina’s public school system, Debra founded Kaleidoscope to bridge the gap between special education and accessible afterschool learning.

Individualized Tutoring
Personalized one-on-one and small group sessions aligned with each student’s Individualized Education Plan (IEP) or learning goals.
Remedial Education
Targeted instruction in reading, math, and science, plus homework help designed to strengthen academic foundations.
Skill Building
Executive functioning coaching, organization skills, and social-emotional learning support that help students grow in confidence and independence.
Therapeutic Collaboration
We partner with speech/language and occupational therapists to ensure holistic support for every child.
Inclusive Enrichment
Creative arts, STEM, and life-skills activities that encourage engagement, teamwork, and joy in learning.
